Our Canopy Fabrication Process
Every canopy project follows a proven workflow that ensures quality and avoids surprises.
- Step 1 — Site assessment: We visit your property, measure the area, assess ground and wall conditions, discuss your requirements, and advise on design options. This visit is free and without obligation.
- Step 2 — Design and quotation: We prepare a detailed design drawing showing dimensions, frame layout, and fabric specification. You receive an itemised quotation with no hidden costs.
- Step 3 — Frame fabrication: Our metalwork team welds and assembles the steel or aluminium frame in our workshop. The frame is then hot-dip galvanised and/or powder-coated for corrosion protection.
- Step 4 — Canvas fabrication: We cut and sew the canvas covering using industrial sewing machines. Seams are double-stitched and heat-sealed for waterproofing. Fabric is pre-tensioned during sewing to ensure a taut finish.
- Step 5 — Installation: Our installation team erects the frame, secures it to the ground or building structure, and fits the canvas. We test water drainage and adjust tension as needed.
Total turnaround time is typically 2 to 3 weeks for standard canopies, and 4 to 6 weeks for larger commercial projects.
