Photo and Count

Fabric Selection

Collection
We collect the furniture from your location — condo pool deck, landed home, or commercial venue. For bulk orders, we coordinate with building management for access and timing to minimise disruption.
Strip and Re-Sling
At our workshop, we remove the old sling, clean and inspect the frame for corrosion or damage, then pattern and sew the new Phifertex sling. Each sling is heat-welded at the dowel pockets for a factory-quality finish. We use marine-grade stainless steel spline rods.
Return and Install
Furniture is returned to your location and set up in position. Standard turnaround is 5-10 working days. For large commercial orders, we can arrange phased collection and return to keep some furniture available throughout the project.
