Fabric Selection

Pattern and Cut

Sew and Finish
All Sunbrella fabrication uses UV-resistant PTFE thread (Gore Tenara or equivalent) that will not degrade in sunlight. Seams are double-stitched and, where required, heat-sealed or taped for waterproofing. Hardware — zippers, snaps, bungees — is marine-grade stainless steel or Delrin plastic to prevent corrosion.
Install and Deliver
