- Step 1 — Requirements discussion: Tell us your event type, venue, expected attendance, and date. We recommend the right tentage size and configuration. For custom fabrication, share your specifications or let us design to your needs.
- Step 2 — Site inspection: For large events and construction projects, we visit the venue to assess ground conditions, access points, and anchoring options. This is especially important for parks and public spaces where ground staking may not be permitted.
- Step 3 — Quotation: We provide an itemised quote covering tentage, accessories, delivery, setup, and dismantling. No hidden costs.
- Step 4 — Delivery and setup: Our crew delivers the tentage to your venue and sets up according to the agreed layout. For events, we typically arrive the day before to ensure everything is ready.
- Step 5 — Dismantling and collection: After your event, we return to dismantle and collect all equipment. The venue is left clean and clear.
